“So, that’s the fourth thing that’s going happen, okay? Contractors are going to come in. That’d be me, people like me but on the other side. They’re going to kill you,” explains Command Sgt. Major Dan Page in an August 22, 2014 Sheridan Lowrey YouTube video titled, “US President’s and Congress’s Treason EXPOSED by Retired US Army Ranger Command Sgt Major Dan Page.” According to Page, a 36-year veteran of the St. Louis County Police Department and former West Point drill instructor, “You are going to start seeing people, that person sitting next you a few years from now will not be sitting there because they’re going to be gone – because somebody like me is going to come in and kill you. For all of you wannabe’s out here who think you’re the baddest thing in the world, I’ve got news for you. You’re going to meet bad. Not that bad can’t be killed, but when you’re talking with somebody who does this 24/7 everyday of their life you get pretty good at it.”
Practically a modern day Paul Revere whose contributions to America cannot be overstated, the Command Sgt. Major is a veteran of every major U.S. conflict since Vietnam. Having achieved one of the highest enlisted ranks in the U.S. military, as it turns out Page isn’t the only high profile soldier to see something significant on the horizon.
“We hear a lot about Marxism and socialism and there are those, particularly in the media, who would say that we should tone down our rhetoric about socialism because we’re not moving to socialism,” explains Lt. General Jerry Boykin in an October 23, 2010 YouTube video titled, “’Marxism in America’ by Lt. Gen. (Ret.) W.G. Boykin.” According to Boykin, an ordained minister and former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, “Well the reality is – I’m a Special Forces officer. I’m a Green Beret. And I’ve studied Marxist insurgency; it was part of my training. And the things that I know that have been done in every Marxist insurgency are being done in America today.”
An original member of Delta Force who was on the ground in Mogadishu during the events we now know as Black Hawk Down today; Boykin goes on to list several key elements of a Marxist insurgency to include nationalizing major sectors of the economy, the redistribution of wealth, discrediting the opposition, censorship and the controlling of small arms ownership. Interestingly, “The final thing that is done in the Marxist model is societies like Cuba, like Venezuela today. Like Russia under Stalin or China under Mao Zedong," explains Boykin. "Things they have done, the final thing has been, actually, to develop a constabulary force – a force that can control the population.
“You say, well, we don’t have that. Well, let me remind you that prior to the election the president stood up and said that if elected he would have a national civilian security force that would be as large as and as well equipped as the United States military; for what? Remember Hitler had the Brownshirts and in the 'Night of the Long Knives' even Hitler got scared of the Brownshirts and killed thousands of them,” warns Boykin. “Well, so you say are there any signs that that’s actually happened? The truth is, yes. If you read the healthcare legislation, which by the way no one in Washington has read. But if you read the healthcare legislation, it’s actually in the healthcare legislation.
“There are paragraphs in the healthcare legislation that talk about the commissioning of officers in time of a national crisis to work directly for the president. It’s laying the groundwork for a constabulary force that will control the population in America,” explains Boykin. “You need to understand this is happening in America and it fits the model that have been used when societies move to Marxism.”
Fast forwarding 15-years and it isn’t former President Barack Obama who has established a national civilian security force “as large as and as well equipped as the United States military,” but instead Republican President Donald Trump.
“They’ve been trying to tell us, Republicans, that the invasion is coming from South of the border. It would seem that the invasion into American cities is coming from law enforcement deployed by this administration to terrorize communities. Am I getting that right?” asks Alicia Menendez in a July 8, 2025 MSNBC YouTube video titled, “Alicia on ICE: ‘Invasion into U.S. cities is coming from law enforcement to terrorize communities’.” Speaking with Representative Nanette Barragan, who represents California’s 44th congressional district, the answer to that question might surprise you.
“No, you’re absolutely right,” explains Barragan. “This president has unleashed a war on our own people and our communities. It is terrorizing our communities. What you saw happening yesterday in MacArthur Park was just outrageous. You had armed troops; you had horses – heavily militarized. Now you’re going to be able to go to our parks and this is what we’re going to experience?
“You know, these kids that are in summer camp could be traumatized. And this is what, this administration wants to send a message to say, ‘Hey, look. We can do this here and we can do this in any city across this country,’” explains Barragan. “And with this huge infusion of money that Congress has just given the president I think that you are going to see that unless the courts step in and say, ‘Hey, stop this. This is unacceptable. You have to stop this profiling and this is unconstitutional.’ That's what we need a court to do.”
Originally described as the “Invasion of Los Angeles” by fellow Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, the paramilitary operations conducted on the streets of Los Angeles have terrorized residents throughout Southern California as masked federal agents continue to round up non-citizens and citizens alike. With reports of joint police task forces across the nation bringing law enforcement agencies collectively under one umbrella, the groundwork for a constabulary force that can control the population is quickly emerging.
“Ok, ladies and gentlemen the reason I’m running for Sheriff of Franklin County is because of these two things right here. This story broke back on October 15th of 2015. It’s called the ‘Strong Cities Network,’” explains Command Sgt. Major Dan Page in a June 18, 2016 YouTube video titled, “CSM Dan Page on the role of Constitutional Sheriff.” According to Page, “What this is, and I’m not going to read it to you. I’m just going to talk to you a little bit about this. The Strong Cities Network is the federalization of all local police departments and sheriff’s departments and this is a direct pipeline into the United Nations. It’s extremely dangerous and it’s against our Constitution. If this takes off you will no longer have a local sheriff’s department or a local police department.
“And I want to give you just a little bit of history between a police department and sheriff’s department. A sheriff’s department evolved from English common law,” explains Page. “The sheriff was around in some cases even before a king was. So the sheriff is autonomous; people got together because of rampant crime throughout Great Britain and this goes back to the year 700 I believe, I could be wrong on that. And so the people were tired of crime and everything so they appointed what they call a sheriff. So the sheriff is autonomous from any other political body and his decisions concerning his duties cannot be overwritten by anybody, including the President of the United States.
“During the war of 1860 when the federal government attacked the states because of their sovereignty, the sheriff was still a recognized authority within that county,” explains Page. “Now the word Posse Comitatus literally means the power of the county, so the sheriff is an elected representative by the people. They are his boss; not the president. Not the governor. Not the mayor or a board of police commissioners. It is you, the people. If you don’t like what a sheriff is doing you can have a recall election and put that person out of office. Other than that, there’s not much you can do if he’s following the constitution of Missouri and the United States Constitution. And he’s obeying the laws of the land. You cannot remove him from office other than by an election – that’s the only way to do it.
“A police department on the other hand is like when a place incorporates from unincorporated,” explains Page. “When you incorporate into a city you are going to have a mayor, you’re going to have aldermen; they in turn will appoint police commissioners, I mean a board of police commissioners who will appoint a chief of police. Like in Washington, the mayor selects her police chief and he is confirmed by the city alderman. Now if the federal government wants to they can come in and remove all of that because it’s an administrative agency. It’s not constitutional,” explains Page. “But you can’t remove a sheriff’s department because they’re based on constitutional law. But a police department is an administrative agency of a political subdivision – that’s what happened to St. Louis County.
“Now when you read this, what I’ve handed out to you, this broke in the Canadian press. That’s the only place in the United States; I mean this is the only print on this. Nowhere in the United States will you find what our government has now done to us. The Department of Justice has mandated the Strong Cities Network policy,” warns Page. “They’re going to take over every single police department in the United States – they’re going to do it. They’ve already taken over six of them; you can read them in that handout if you so desire. But a couple of them are Baltimore, Denver, Atlanta, Georgia, New Orleans and St. Louis County is now under direct federal control. They no longer have autonomy, they are federalized police.
“That is going to go nationwide; it’s going to happen unless we the people under the Ninth and Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, that’s this thing right here, say, “No.” This election that we are about to have for the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, I cannot even begin to tell you how important this is,” explains Page. “Only the sheriff of the county can say, ‘No. You are not going to send in federal police into my county unless you come through me.’ They cannot do that under the Ninth and Tenth Amendment; every FBI agent that comes into Franklin County must go to the sheriff’s office and say, ‘I’m in your county.’ If the sheriff don’t want him and if the sheriff is strong enough he can say, ‘You need to exit.’
“Because he is considered a foreign agent and has to register with that sheriff’s department under the law; so it’s going to take a very strong, strong sheriff to stop the federal overreach that we are now seeing across the country,” explains Page. “If we lose control of the sheriff’s department, ladies and gentlemen we have no more freedom under the Ninth and Tenth. First Amendment, it’s gone. The Fourth Amendment's gone.”
With context being everything, the official narrative is that the militarized ICE raids happening across the United States are little more than an extension of the Trump administration carrying through on their mandate to deport as many bad guys from our nation as possible. Stepping Back to the Future as we enter The Matrix however; the Command Sgt. Major's warning of police departments across the country adopting Strong Cities Network policies as a direct pipeline into the United Nations eerily parallels the nationalization of law enforcement agencies under the Department of Homeland Security federal task forces and the Command Sgt. Major's prediction of everything becoming one. Mirroring the admonitions of Lt. General Jerry Boykin’s elements of Marxist insurgency and the development of a constabulary force that can control the population; the nation's newest law enforcement agency of clandestine agents harkens back to Page predicting, “So, that’s the fourth thing that’s going to happen, okay? Contractors are going to come in. That’d be me, people like me but on the other side. They’re going to kill you.”
