“Is it farfetched to imagine that these UN peacekeeping forces would be used against American citizens?” asks the narrator in a December 7, 2011 YouTube video titled, “Now – Operation Garden Plot Unfolding.” One of the few sources available online to provide answers in what is otherwise a time of great uncertainty, “The 502nd, another unit from Fort Campbell, Kentucky is shown here arriving as peacekeepers in Somalia wearing their UN blue berets and UN insignia. Shortly thereafter, this same unit, the 502nd, was in Arkansas practicing house to house searches and seizures in a joint UN training mission called ‘Agile Provider’ in the spring of 1994.”
“None of this sounds too sinister,” explains the film. “Until you begin to find out what FEMA has done with 96% of their budget, FEMA has built prisons around the country. And they’ve also built underground facilities. It actually turns out that they are the key agency to implement a plan known as Operation Garden Plot – the plan to put American citizens in prison camps.
“Under Executive Order 12919 signed by Bill Clinton on June 3, 1993 presidential authority under a 1950’s Defense Production Act was delegated to the Secretaries of Defense, Agriculture, Treasury and Commerce to seize all civilian property for the government solely by declaring them necessary for national defense.”
A fascinating glimpse of the “Continuity of Government” plans in the event of a national emergency; as it turns out we may not be in Kansas anymore according to some sources in the mainstream media.
“Do they tell him that if he does try to defy the courts he is effectively declaring war on the United States of America?” explains MSNBC host Rachel Maddow on the Trump administrations federal foreign aid freeze according to a February 28, 2025 Yahoo.com article titled, “Rachel Maddow Says Trump Could Declare War on U.S. by Ignoring Courts.”
“So we will see, probably for the first time how the Supreme Court is oriented toward this radical change that has happened over the last five and half weeks in our country. And honestly, this is also important because of the way this came up,” explains Maddow. “That midnight deadline we were looking at last night was set so firmly and so urgently by the federal judge who was hearing this case because he had to do it by ‘motion to enforce.’ He had to do a motion to enforce because Trump really was ignoring that courts previous orders.”
An interesting metric by which to measure an unofficial declaration of war, upon closer inspection foreign aid isn’t the only realm of funding to effectively be put on ice by the Trump administration. “A coalition of 23 attorneys general today filed a second motion for enforcement in their ongoing lawsuit against the Trump Administration’s illegal and destructive freeze of federal funding,” explains the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in a scathing review of the times.
“Although the AG’s lawsuit has resulted in significant federal funding being unfrozen, the administration has continued to block access to hundreds of millions of dollars in grants to the states from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This funding freeze threatens critical emergency preparedness and recovery programs to address wildfires, floods, cyber security threats, and more.”
With a pattern of motions to enforce emerging as the Trump administration increasingly appears only answerable to God; the system of checks and balances originally established by our founding fathers as a natural defense against tyrannical rule has essentially been relegated to the annals of political theatre as the use of executive orders has increasingly become the norm.
“We are in very, very deep trouble,” explains Command Sgt. Major Dan Page in an August 22, 2014 Sheridan Lowrey YouTube video titled, “US President’s & Congress’s Treason EXPOSED by Retired Army Ranger Command Sgt Major Dan Page.”
“I’m going to talk about who is the Commander in Chief of the military, it is not the President of the United States. He is not the Commander in Chief until war has been declared. War has never been declared since World War II and I’ve had nine combat tours,” explains Page. “And each one of them has cost me 18-months of my life. I’ve done my fair share of killing – I’m tired of it! And you’re either going to go to the ballet box or you’re going to go to the bullet box in the next 18-months ... if you got that time. I’m dead serious.”
“The 10th amendment means the states are sovereign from the federal government. The federal government has no business coming in there and telling us what to do; unless it’s specifically given to them by this. Just read it to you,” explains Page as he references a pocket sized copy of the U.S. Constitution. “If it’s not in here, they can’t do it. They have no right sending our young sons all over the world, because he’s not the Commander in Chief.
“Congress commands the military, Congress does it! Not the president because there’s no declared war; because I have fought everything from Vietnam until now. I’ve been through all of them, every single one of them – and there’s not a one of them a declared war. Why are you not upset about that? Why (are) people not jumping up and down about that?”
With the Command Sgt. Major warning of the imminent collapse of the United States as MSNBC suggests the Trump administration defying court orders is tantamount to a declaration of war against the American people; the proposal to field contractors inside the continental U.S. may come to some of our readers as a surprise.
“I’ll be introducing the ‘Cartel Marque and Reprisal Authorization Act of 2025,’ which would authorize real Donald Trump to commission privately armed and equipped individuals or groups to seize person and property of any cartel, cartel member or cartel linked organization,” explains constitutional law attorney Jenna Ellis as she reads a post originally made by Tennessee Representative Tim Burchett on X.
“I know people are going to cringe about it and say, ‘Oh, you’re bringing in mercenaries. This allows too much control,’ but the bill is pretty specific about what it allows for,” explains Burchett during the follow up interview with American Family Radio in a February 13, 2025 podcast titled, “Was Jesus A Centrist and Auditing Government Payments to NGOs for Illegal Immigration.”
“Well there’s concern of the constitutional consequences of our military being involved,” admits Burchett. “And I just think this frees up the president to bring in some people too that know how to conduct themselves in these situations.”
“I think it frees up the constitutional question of whether we can allow our military to do these types of things and I don’t see a downside to it. I see a cost savings to American citizens. And, again,” explains Burchett later during the podcast, “You could get a group of, because we’ve got groups, SEALS and Special Forces that operate in some of these types of organizations and you wouldn’t have to get congressional approval.”
The perfect example illustrating why a system of checks and balances would be preferable to unilateral rule; Congress attempting to cede their own constitutional authority away to the executive branch differs little from the fox guarding the proverbial hen house. And much as was the case with former President Joe Biden, questions surround who the actual Commander in Chief would be in such a scenario and Rep. Tim Burchett has suggested not only the commissioning of mercenaries inside the continental U.S. but handing over the reins of control to a Trump administration who has thus far proved to be completely lawless in their utter disregard for the courts. Described as a declaration of war by some in the mainstream media; it is not so farfetched to imagine that UN peacekeeping forces could be used against American citizens.
