“Operation Garden Plot defines tax protestors, militia groups, religious cults and general anti-government dissenters as disruptive elements. This calls for deadly force to be used against any extremists or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder,” explains the narrator of a May 9, 2009 YouTube video titled, “Operation Garden Plot Explained.” According to the report, “The following information was obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. The information herein is declassified and does not come within the scope of directions governing the protection of information affecting the national security. It took a little more than three years to obtain a full copy of Operation Garden Plot from the US government. In this document signed by the Secretary of the Army, it is hereby assigned as DOD Executive Agent for Civil Disturbance Control Operations. Under Plan 55-2 he is to use airlift and logistical support in assisting appropriate military commanders in the 50-states, District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories or any political subdivision thereof.

“The official name for this project is called Operation Garden Plot. Under this plan for the deployment of Operation Garden Plot the use of CIDCON-1 civilian disturbance readiness conditions will be mandatory. This direct support of civil disturbance control operations is to be used by the Army, United States Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps with an airlift force to be comprised of MAC organic airlift resources, airlift capable aircraft of all other United States Air Force major commands and all other aerial reconnaissance and psychological operations. This is to include control communication systems, aero-medical evacuation, helicopter and weather support systems. If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization or other persons considered to be non-conformists takes place under Appendix-3 to Annex B to Plan 55-2 hereby gives all federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters.

“Annex-A, Section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protestors, militia groups, religious cults and general anti-government dissenters as disruptive elements,” explains the report. “This calls for deadly force to be used against any extremists or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder. Under Section D of Presidential Executive Order will authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to use the armed forces of the United States to restore order. 2 Tab A Appendix 1 to Annex S USAF Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2 Exhibit POR: SGH, JCS Pub 6, Vol 5, AFR 160-5 hereby provides for America’s military and National Guard state partnership sponsorship program to join the United Nations personnel in said operation. This links selected United States National Guard units with the Defense Ministries of Partnership for Peace. This was done in an effort to provide a military support to civil authorities in response to civil emergencies. Under presidential decision Directive number 25 this program serves to cement people to relationships between the citizens of the United States and the global military of the UN, establishments of the emerging democracies of the Central and Eastern European countries. This puts all of our National Guardsmen under the direct jurisdiction of the United Nations.”

With a number of constitutional issues, foundational and otherwise arising from the information above; ultimately Operation Garden Plot represents the complete authoritarian takeover of the West where the United States is now for all intents and purposes reverting back to the same tyrannical rule the country was once founded against. Allegedly a nation which prides itself on freedom; the MMA Press Room has previously reported on the ideological differences between Nazi Germany and the communists where a nationalized version of socialism versus the international worldview of the Bolshevik communists essentially amounted to two sides of the same Marxist coin. With the United Nations essentially amounting to little more than a synonym for international or world, it only takes a cursory glance at history alone to see the potential deadly ramifications of these ideological worlds colliding.

“That said, the Patriot Act eliminated the Posse Comitatus. The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, signed by Republicans, for you Republicats in here twice. You can now be held incognito indefinitely,” explains Command Sgt. Major Dan Page in an August 22, 2014 Sheridan Lowrey YouTube video titled, “US President’s & Congress’s Treason EXPOSED by Retired Army Ranger Command Sgt Major Dan Page.” According to the report, “Are you saying they are mixing in all of the armies? They’re bringing in the Russians and the Chinese?” a member of the audience asks unexpectedly. “Yes, they are,” explains Page. “To kill us?” she responds inquisitively. “Yes, they are,” explains Page as he nonchalantly moves on with the presentation.

Information from a lecture to Oath Keepers which we’ve previously described as perhaps the most significant speech in American history; Page is a modern day Paul Revere whose predictions border on the supernatural in terms of foreshadowing and accuracy. With the Qatar Air Force now building a military installation on American soil and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) paramilitary forces (based out of Israel) invading cities across the United States we go on to discover a plan to merge the US and Israeli militaries in a move all too reminiscent of Page’s crystal ball predictions from well over a decade ago.

“Dennis Kucinich, thank you for doing this,” explains former Fox News host Tucker Carlson in his July 6, 2026 YouTube video titled, “BREAKING: Congress Moves to Commit Treason and Allow Israel to Forever Enslave America’s Military.” According to the report, “So a lot of us who have been paying half attention keep hearing that there is an effort in the Congress to in some basic sense merge the US military with the IDF – with the Israeli military,” explains Carlson. “’Same with our intelligence services, it’s hard to believe that could be true. Is it true? What do you know about it?’

“Well, the National Defense Authorization Act of 2027, section 219, has a provision that provides for the integration of the IDF and the US military at the top most sensitive levels of our military operations. And that is a fact,” explains Kucinich. “Now, when you have an integration and you say you’re going to eliminate duplication, that’s a merger. And so, they’re merging.”

With many of our more astute readers likely doing a double take upon learning of the increasingly viral story above, the MMA Press Room has covered Command Sgt. Major Dan Page’s warning of the loss of American sovereignty in preparation for world government ad nauseam despite the best efforts of those who sought to discredit him. A 36-year veteran of the St. Louis County Police Department and veteran of every major US foreign war since Vietnam, Page is a true American hero who history will remember as among the first on the battlefield.

“Who do you think did kill Kennedy?” asks Carlson in his May 4, 2026 YouTube video titled, “Political Assassinations, the Unexpected Player in the Iran War and Israel’s Latest Bombing Campaign.” According to report, “I think it was a combination of CIA, mafia and probably Pentagon. And I don’t mean organizationally, but I mean dissenters in all three of those groups,” explains Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson. “Why do you connect that to Charlie Kirk?” asks Carlson later during in the interview. “Because I think he was changing his mind. And it was obvious he was changing his mind about being so attached to Israel, both in terms of US security and in terms of just the American people. I think he was beginning to realize that it was poisonous and that was dangerous,” explains Wilkerson. “I don’t for a minute think that we might not find out down the road something about his assassination that resembles Kennedy’s and Martin Luther King’s and others who have been shot in our country.”

Echoing the thoughts of longtime Charlie Kirk confidant Candace Owens who believes his assassination is an undeniable state killing, in previous installments we’ve discussed the extrajudicial killing of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki by direct order of the President of the United States by a joint task force consisting of the CIA, Joint Special Operations Command and foreign intelligence assets as well as National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) Director Joe Kent’s investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination ultimately being shut down by the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI. With Colonel Wilkerson suggesting a similar fate to Kirk as that of Kennedy, King and others an alternative theory to the FBI’s lone wolf assassin narrative emerges.

“I do think there was something about the Charlie Kirk assassination that everyone just sort of looked up, you know? We just sort of all looked up at the machine and was like, ‘Wait a second. What is this?’” explains Owens in her May 21, 2026 YouTube video titled, “Candace x Hunter Biden: The Interview.” According to the report, “’Because they expected Trump to be ride or die. They expected Kash; for me, ‘Wow. This is going to be solved in the clearest way possible because the entire political apparatus that has the power and the Department of Justice is in the hands of Charlie Kirk’s friends.’ Like that was how I felt, right? This is it. No, whoever did this is never going to get away with it because these are Charlie’s friends. And what did we get?’

“These are the people that Charlie Kirk made,” interjects Hunter Biden, the son of former President Joe Biden. “Charlie Kirk made these people. That’s exactly right,” explains Owens. “He led a youth revolution to get these people elected in power. He was ride or die to… ‘The level of disloyalty or fear. I don’t know what it is,’” interjects Biden once again. “Disloyalty. Disloyalty maybe guided by fear?” concludes Owens as the conversation unfolds. “It’s disturbing.”

Curiously finding herself caught in the middle of multiple vanilla wafers, former Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis appears to be quite the social butterfly with an uncanny connection to a number of players in the Charlie Kirk assassination narrative. An increasingly troubling revelation the further down the rabbit hole we go, as we will soon go on to discover Ellis is both a firm believer in the FBI’s investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination and as we’ve previously reported has assured her audience of millions of listeners that the conspiracy theories surrounding American Family Radio (AFR) personality Frank Turek have been completely and totally debunked.

“I, like many of you, are completely distraught at the murder of my friend Charlie Kirk yesterday. I know for most of you – you have seen the graphic footage. You’ve seen all of the posts on social media, heard from so many people about his life and legacy,” explains Ellis in her September 11, 2026 American Family Radio podcast titled, “Remembering the Life of Our Friend Charlie Kirk.” According to the report, “And I feel so unequipped to encapsulate in just the few minutes that I have in this first segment to say just what he meant to the conservative movement, to, I know our family here at AFR and to me personally, he and his wife Erika, who have been friends for over a decade.”

“God is the only answer to the problem of evil. And as my pastor pointed out so wisely and rightly yesterday, that when we see all of this evil and we’re still all processing this. I know I am personally and we are as a nation and we are as the Christian ecclesia. When we are processing all of this we recognize the grotesque evil that we see in the world points us to the fact that there must be a God,” explains Ellis in her September 15, 2025 American Family Radio podcast titled, “Cancel Culture and The Death Penalty.” According to the report, “There’s a lot of conspiracy theories by the way online of people who are suggesting, ‘Oh, look at, you know, Charlie’s security (detail). And they’re making all of these, you know, signals.’ And they’re looking for all of these details and stuff. Okay, one of those guys in the white hat was Frank Turek who we all know here (American Family Radio). Who is a really good friend of Charlie’s and it’s absolutely awful that he was in the tent with Charlie.”

“If this was during Biden I might agree with you that I’d really question or take a hard pause on whether the DOJ, law enforcement and all of that is really doing its job,” explains Ellis. “But all of you know, I know Dan Bongino personally – I have longer than I even knew Charlie. I’ve known Dan Bongino for well over a decade, I trust him implicitly. I know that he is not sold out to the Deep State; he didn’t need to go to the FBI. He’s doing that because the president called him into service, he has been on the ground in Utah. He was at that press conference that Kash Patel spoke at; he knows this case in and out. And so when the FBI is telling me that they have the shooter in custody I believe that and I’m not going out trusting what some, you know, media personality is talking about. And I know from practicing law previously unless you know the facts of the case. You have read the file, you’ve been in the court room when all of this is presented – you don’t know what you don’t know.”

In what essentially amounts to statist dogma that in retrospect hasn’t aged well as the facts have continued to emerge; the Candace Owens decentralized intelligence investigation has revealed numerous inconsistencies with the FBI’s handling of the Charlie Kirk assassination to include but not limited to the complete overhaul of the Utah FBI field office in the events leading up to Kirk’s murder, the FBI’s role in discovering the firearm which the ATF is now curiously unable to definitively tie to the bullet fragment evidence, the paving over of the crime scene in the immediate aftermath of the shooting etc. Which makes one thing for certain – that we don’t know what we don’t know until the actual trial begins. With an alternate reality emerging distinct from the timeline investigators have presented; the wildcard in the equation appears to be the State itself as we continue to trace the succession of evidence through the FBI chain-of-command.

“Because back in 2006 when Erika was getting her Teen Miss America crown under the Trump Miss Universe Organization, Dr. Phillip Goldsberry co-founded a charitable organization which began doing work in Eastern Europe,” explains Owens in her June 17, 2026 YouTube video titled, “A SHOCKING Discovery About The Man Who Mic’d Charlie Kirk. | Ep 351.” According to the report, “2010 being the very year that the Black Sea Rotational Force set up a base in Romania which would subsequently be accused of trafficking and prostituting children. This is what landed Erika’s Romanian Angels in some hot water online when they realized she was partnering with Colonel Otto Busher and Col. Otto Busher was the person who was accused of doing this. Like setting up this base and just trafficking children through it.”

“Guys, this can’t keep being a theme,” explains Owens. “Do we agree that this is not; this isn’t real? Do we all just got to get the sense that this isn’t possible that everybody around Turning Point USA Faith is involved in human sex trafficking organizations and in the region of Eastern Europe? And somehow, someway it seems like they’re crossing paths potentially. But they don’t want to answer any questions like Erika, about why I’m hearing from people that she’s hanging out at the same office, model office as Jeffrey Epstein? A woman that went down; who was very close to Jeffrey Epstein because Eastern European models seem to be being trafficked through her firm? Does anybody find all of this to be very strange that almost to the day (that) Charlie and Erika go on their first date is when Jeffrey Epstein goes down?

"2019. I think it was August of 2019 that Jeffrey Epstein ‘kills himself?’ I can’t accept this as reality. I can’t accept that all of these people didn’t know each other and got together, ‘Oh my gosh, me too! I was there in Romania doing stuff for orphans too. ‘Oh my God, you too?’ That’s so strange. How amazing, how Godly!’ Too amazing, guys. Too amazing to be believed, everyone at Turning Point USA just has this bizarre connection to Romania and Ukraine and orphans and I just can’t shake this feeling that they all somehow knew each other,” explains Owens. “I mean we know that Tyler and Erika and Terryl Farnsworth certainly knew each other. We know that for a fact. We proved that in our Erika Kirk series, we showed how they crossed paths. How they knew each other. But man, oh man. All of these pastors and the donors and Eastern Europe – it makes me uncomfortable. It makes my skin crawl.”

Likely an experience in and of itself to be a fly on the wall as countless Trump and Epstein associates attempt to explain that it’s not what it looks like; guilt by association is a very real thing as even the appearance of impropriety is likely enough to cause significant harm to personal relationships. A volatile situation akin to a house of cards to those affected; when organized crime is exposed to direct sunlight an equal and opposite reaction soon follows as the bacteria move to shield itself from further exposure. Simply put, there could be any number of individuals, agencies or nation states involved in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking scandal that have moved to eliminate potential threats to the skeletons in their closet.

“Which brings us to a rather explosive piece that was published in the New York Times yesterday. This was also trending, this is ‘Inside the White House Freakout Over the Epstein Files.’ Now, I am not a normal consumer of the New York Times. Obviously, I’m not really; I don’t really read much of the media anymore because of how many lies have been told,” explains Owens in her June 12, 2026 YouTube video titled, “REVEALED! Trump Scolded Charlie Kirk Over Epstein. Butler Narrative Collapses. | Ep 348.” According to the report, “But this piece, it was very obvious that it was well sourced. And I’ll get into my opinion, which is that Dan Bongino was one of the sources and I’ll tell you why I think that in a bit. But revealed in this piece was a relevant portion about Charlie Kirk. In summation, it’s about how Trump really did not want the Epstein files to be investigated. Now there are two takes on this, some people think that it’s because he is in them. I don’t doubt that Trump had some sort of a business relationship with Epstein. It makes perfect sense to me when you understand Epstein’s business model, right? What did Epstein do? He was involved in a trafficking ring. He trafficked weapons, he trafficked people. He did it on behalf of the state of Israel.

“We have another Israel theme; Charlie Kirk, ‘I’m turning away from Israel.’ Donald Trump, ‘I’m going to screw over Miriam Adelson.’ Shortly thereafter an assassination attempt happens, okay? And now we have Trump in a full panic at the White House over the Epstein files and him having to do anything to shutdown that investigation,” explains Owens. “So, we learned that just in the midst of Charlie’s SAS, the Student Action Summit, where we have been telling you over and over again that according to our timeline (that) it seems to us that after Tucker took the stage at SAS, Tucker Carlson took the stage at SAS, instructions went out to kill Charlie Kirk. That’s just what the timeline tells us. Like if we’re just looking at it like a story, things got weird after Tucker hit the stage. We have said this from the very beginning since we mapped out this timeline. Well as it turns out Tucker spoke on July 11th and on July 12th Charlie received a phone call from the president. Here is what the New York Times article tells us,” explains Owens. “It reads: ‘On July 12th, the president took to Truth Social to defend Bondi against criticism and to urge his ‘boys’ and ‘gals’ to stop wasting ‘time and energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.’ Trump told aides he was very unhappy with some of his most influential supporters including Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly. All of whom were publicly urging the administration to come clean. Kirk had held a Turning Point USA event the previous day that turned into an Epstein grievance fest, with one speaker after another bashing Bondi over her handling of the situation. Trump had called Kirk and scolded him.’”

Reviewing what we’ve learned thus far, Erika Kirk has a curious history with President Donald Trump which predates her marriage to Charlie Kirk by several years that coincidentally parallels notorious sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Reason enough to call in a priest to pray over your marriage; Kirk is said to have played a pivotal role in the re-election of Trump in 2024 and now allegedly has his wife’s longtime associate calling to give him the business end of a lecture. A small piece to a much bigger picture, we also discussed both the FBI and DOJ’s role in shutting down the National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent’s investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination as well as the FBI’s role in discovering the firearm at UVU which the ATF is now curiously unable to definitely tie to the bullet fragment evidence collected. In a tale straight out of the Lifetime Movie Network, sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction in what is increasingly proving to be one of the greatest stories ever told.

“Now I had asked them about another persistent rumor that is arriving in my inbox. Which people are saying who live in the neighborhood that they noticed some unusual traffic. And this individual family member said to me, ‘Yep, we are hearing the exact same thing.’ That they would prod that narrative further – that there was some unusual traffic. A lot of cars that were seen outside leading up to the shooting, in the days before the shooting or the week before this shooting,” explains Owens in her September 16, 2025 YouTube video titled, “Charlie Kirk Shooting Suspect Charged. Something Isn’t Right… | Candace Ep 236.” According to the report, “I’ll straighten out that timeline for you and get real specific because that’s; I will pin down when exactly this was happening. But leading up to the shooting, that there (was) unusual traffic in the driveway where Tyler Robinson and Lance lived, cars that were not recognized in the neighborhood. That this was not a couple that hosted people, it wasn’t like they were expecting them to have parties. And so other people are saying that that is something that struck them as odd. It was unusual traffic at this house in the weeks leading up to this shooting. And again, I will perfect that timeline of exactly when and I have gone out to people for evidence of that,” explains Owens. “But there were apparently lots of different license plates and it therefore caused a little neighborhood, you know, kerfuffle because other people were not able to park their cars because there were so many people at this house. Unusual traffic.”

Information which would go a long way in explaining how Tyler Robinson’s rifle made it to the UVU campus that day despite a preliminary search by K-9’s failing to turn up anything of value as well as explaining the discovery of a screwdriver on top of the Losee Center allegedly with his DNA on it. Pure speculation, but the numerous cars with different license plates observed in Tyler Robinson’s neighborhood was almost assuredly a joint task force consisting of multiple law enforcement agencies from across the region. In previous installments we explored the existence of a CIA kill list and the plight of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki who was extrajudicially assassinated by the CIA, Joint Special Operations Command and foreign intelligence assets by direct order of the President of the United States. With Colonel Wilkerson suggesting that he would not be surprised to learn elements of the United States government were involved in the Charlie Kirk assassination, it’s interesting to note President Donald Trump personally called Charlie Kirk to scold him over the Jeffrey Epstein scandal as we go on to discover, “Operation Garden Plot defines tax protestors, militia groups, religious cults and general anti-government dissenters as disruptive elements.
